houseofantra.com is operated by JARIYA FASHION,  trading as House of Antra, owned by RAMANI JAYSHREEBEN KEVALBHAI. The website offers sarees, ethnic wear, fabrics, accessories, and related products and services. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. A person under 18 may use the website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Website use

You agree to use the website only for lawful personal or commercial purchasing purposes.

An order is accepted only after payment verification and order confirmation.

If a product is unavailable or listed with an incorrect price or description, we may cancel the affected item or order. Any amount already paid for a cancelled item will be refunded.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. It does not guarantee acceptance or dispatch.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of:

Where an order is cancelled after payment, the eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on processing requirements, courier service, location, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Shipping charges, international duties, and other delivery conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions, expiry dates, and usage limits.

Unless specifically stated:

  • Only one discount code may be used per order

  • Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively

  • Discounts may not apply to shipping, customization, or alteration charges

We may cancel a promotion or order if a discount is used fraudulently or contrary to its stated conditions.
